SO MUCH GOING ON!
NEW ALBUM, CHICAGO SHOW'S ETC, NEW PIANOMAN ROOMS!
We want to thank all the Chitown folks for making the FEST weekend a total success and unbelievably fun at The FEST FOR BEATLES FANS CHICAGO 2024! Each evening my band LIVERPOOL (The Fest House band) performed select songs from the earliest years to the last (and some solo Beatles)! “Now and Then”, touted the last official Beatles release, was especially moving to play. I must say it almost brought me to tears and I felt the audience was there in heart and spirit.
BTO'S guitarist RANDY & his son TAL BACHMAN (SHE'S SO HIGH) were simply amazing to work with, Playing those songs brought me back! I had no idea how much the Beatles influenced Randy. He spoke like a true fan and shared how many of his songs were the result of the Beatles.
MONKEE MICKY DOLENZ was spectacular! He is the nicest guy with the best stories and a consumate performer!
Liverpool's BILLY J KRAMER was spot on and his new album is a tribute to his days in Liverpool along side the FABs and the other Mercy Beat bands.
WING'S members LAURENCE JUBER & STEVE HOLLEY in tribute to Moody Blues/Wings member DENNY LAINE whom we sadly lost, was a beautiful musical moment. Denny is sorely missed and it was nice to offer something in his honor. He was a good friend and consummate musician. I do miss him…especially at the FESTs.
Thank you for all those who purchased my CD title “RAINBOWS” and thanks to those who told me their favorite songs and why! It was so nice to talk to you all and share the meanings of the songs one to one with you.
I'm happy to say a new album is in the works and it's constantly evolving as my writing tends to do! I love creating as it honestly frees my soul! We should all do something that takes us beyond our comfort zone!
Adding to my solo pianoman performances, I'll be performing at the
FOX HOLLOW'S VOLPE restaurant upstairs in Woodbury, Long Island! Large bar area near me and a really comfy atmosphere and some great eats if you like (request a table near me)! SEE MY CALENDAR PAGE for dates and times!
