First time playing in the new venue, all I can say is WOW! What a view of the NYC skyline and Lady Liberty! Hats off the Mark and Carol for another amazing 3 day FEST!
Now to thank the four former Macca Wings players, Denny Seiwell, Denny Laine, Steve Holley, and Lawrance Juber for joining me and my comrades in LIVERPOOL for two amazing and historic shows...First time the two Macca drummers shared the same stage.
Joey Molland from BADFINGER, saxman Mark Rivera (Ringo, Billy Joel, Peter Gabriel etc), Billy Kinsley (MERSEYBEATS), Mark Hudson (Hudson Bros, Ringo Producer, Ozzy, Aerosmith etc) for shaking things up for the most memorable rock show one could ask for. It's an honor to play with you all!
Then came the fans. There is no concert I play that compares to the enthusiasm of the Fest crowd. It just can't be beat! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart!
Looking forward to Chicago in August for some very interesting surprises!
